Marlboro Realty, LLC opened in 2006 and is located at 128 South Marlboro Street, Bennettsville, South Carolina. Ann Stubbs is the company owner and she is also a lifetime resident of Bennettsville. Ann began her career in property management and has over 15 years of experience with rentals. In 2000, Ann acquired her real estate license and branched out into real estate sales. Many of her clients are large banks that need assistance with the sale of their foreclosures in Marlboro County and surrounding areas.
Ann is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of the Greater Pee Dee. Locally, she is also a member of the Bennettsville Downtown Development Association, Bennettsville Chamber of Commerce, Marlboro County Economic Development Partnership, and a graduate of the 2008-2009 Leadership Bennettsville class.
